- BSI (British Standards Institution) — Led the redesign of a global standards platform with 110,000+ technical publications, improving search, content discovery and e-commerce experiences for end users navigating complex industry knowledge.
- Mentored junior designers, led design critiques and facilitated design strategy workshops with Product Directors and Engineering Leads at BSI headquarters, driving alignment on key product initiatives.
